Biography
Daniel Crumback BSc.PT, Dip Sport PT, CSEP-CEP, CAFCI, CSCS
Daniel Crumback graduated from the University of British Columbia physiotherapy program in 1994.
Daniel is a Sport Physiotherapist (Diploma), a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP), Certified in Acupuncture (AFCI), Certified in TriggerPoint Dry Needling, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Certified in Functional Movement Screening and Selective Functional Movement Assessment as well as a Certified SpiderTech and K-Tape therapist.
Paragon Sport Performance is a Level III FaCT Certified Test Centre.
Daniel has completed 24 years in Canadian Forces (CF), including a tour in Afghanistan and two years in the Canadian Special Operations Regiment. He is now employed in Halifax completing a year long french course in Shearwater, NS. He is the Training and Development Coordinator for the CF Athletic Trainers Program. Daniel has supported many national and international games, most recently as a trainer for the CF at the World Military Games in Rio de Janeiro in July 2011. He is an instructor for Sport Physiotherapy Canada in taping and Sport First Responder courses and acts as a mentor for other physiotherapists who are challenging their Sport Physiotherapy exams.
He is also the owner of Paragon Sport Performance; a company offering Sport Physiotherapy services in addition to physiological testing and program design for athletes of all levels.
